Foreseeing the future trend of PRC enterprises internationalising their operations and moving out of PRC and recognising the importance of joining forces with an established mainland PRC accounting firm, particularly one which already has strong relationships with the local business community and authorities, led Jason to set up Lixin and connect with China Lixin. With this vision, he has bridged PRC and Singapore businesses, and supported the growth of PRC enterprises venturing into Singapore.
Jason is Fellow of both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (“ICPAS”) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”). He has over 20 years of highly notable experience in the areas of assurance and advisory and direct involvement with PRC-based companies.
Jason’s experience extends from audit of small and medium enterprises to listed companies in varied industries including trading, retail, construction and manufacturing, investments and services, both locally and in the PRC. He is also actively involved in advisory work in areas like due diligence, consultancy for initial public offerings and liquidation. He also understands the culture and has extensive experience in working with PRC-based companies having been directly involved with them since the mid-1990s.
Jason has been an invited guest speaker for IE Singapore, ICPAS and ACCA in sharing his vast knowledge on doing business in PRC on a regular basis. He is committed to ensure you achieve the most of your business aspirations.

Ee Lin is a qualified member of CPA Australia, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has over 10 years of experience, particularly in assurance engagements involving private-owned and listed companies over a broad range of industries including trading, retail, hospitality, property development and construction, manufacturing and services.
